The Panthéon in Paris is above all the final resting place of important French personalities. In the crypt you will find the tombs of Voltaire, Hugo and Zola. But it has more to offer: a long history and… a Foucault pendulum!

The building is well worth seeing, especially inside, and in the crypt you can see which personalities are worshipped in France.
The negatives:
Rather something for Paris repeat visitors...
Tip:
In summer, there are longer queues.
