FOR FAMILIES
It's not always easy to make everyone happy on such a city trip. Children often have to visit “boring” museums that their parents like. To make things a little easier for the little ones, we have put together a list of a few child-friendly alternatives. We hope there is something for you and your family too!
The Colosseum
Think of Rome and the Colosseum immediately springs to mind! This monument has stood proudly on this spot for almost 2000 years. Blood, sweat and tears went into constructing it, while cheers, fear and death were the order of the day during the ‘bread and circuses’ era. The stonework was later stripped away for use elsewhere.
It is a magnet for adults and for kids! To make the best out of it, we recommend booking a guided tour specializing in children!
